Tottenham Hotspur's Andre Villas-Boas open to offers for Michael Dawson

AVB willing to offload Dawson

Tottenham Hotspur manager Andre Villas-Boas has suggested that defender Michael Dawson could leave the club in the January transfer window.

The 29-year-old, who was heavily linked with a switch to Queens Park Rangers in the summer, has been named as a possible target for Harry Redknapp, who took over at QPR at the weekend.

"I think if that possibility arises we will have to consider it," London24 quotes Villas-Boas as saying. "But we're not looking to make a lot in the January transfer window."

Dawson has been at White Hart Lane since 2005.
