Danny Higginbotham: Tottenham Hotspur "only going to get better"

Ex-Stoke City defender Danny Higginbotham backs Tottenham Hotspur to improve over the coming campaigns following their 4-0 win at the Britannia Stadium.

Tottenham Hotspur are "only going to get better" over the coming seasons, according to Danny Higginbotham.

The 37-year-old made the claim after watching Spurs dismantle his former side Stoke City 4-0 at the Britannia Stadium to move within five points of table-toppers Leicester City.

"Love watching Spurs. All playing with a smile on face as if they are playing in the local park with mates. Only going to get better as well," Higginbotham wrote on Twitter.

Spurs have now found the net 15 times in their last six Premier League outings.
