Zeki Fryers 'left feeling undervalued by Manchester United'

Fryers 'felt undervalued by Man Utd'

New Tottenham Hotspur signing Zeki Fryers reportedly has no sympathy for Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson, who has accused the North London club of acting wrongly in their capture of the former United youngster.

The 20-year-old completed a reported £3m move to White Hart Lane from Standard Liege, where he moved on a two-year deal in August from Old Trafford for a small compensation fee.

Following the transfer, Ferguson, who is thought to have wanted £6m after Spurs made an interest in the left-back known last season, accused his Premier League rivals of orchestrating the transfer, which left United £3m out of pocket.

It is believed that Fryers felt disrespected by the former English champions after they offered him £1,500 a week as opposed to the £20,000 salary he is on now, according to the Daily Mail.

Ferguson has urged the Football Association to launch an investigation into the transfer.
