Aiming to get off the mark in the Swiss Super League, managerless Servette will host Grasshopper Zurich at Stade de Geneva on Sunday.
Both Les Grenats and Hoppers are looking to put their poor starts behind them, having each lost their opening two fixtures of 2025-26.
Match preview
The season may be short-lived so far, but Servette have already endured their fair share of off-the-pitch drama, parting ways with head coach Thomas Haberli.
The 51-year-old oversaw a disastrous start to the campaign, and the club made the decision to look for a new boss after a string of successive losses that has seen them defeated four times on the bounce ahead of this weekend.
Most recently, Les Grenats were beaten 3-1 by Utrecht in the first leg of their Europa League third qualifying round tie, and fans will be disappointed by the fact that their team took the lead only to lose on their own turf.
Striker coach Alexandre Alphonse and assistant Bojan Dimic will take interim charge for this clash, and after Servette lost both of their opening matches in the top flight, they will be desperate to put the club's first points on the board.
Victory for the hosts on Sunday could take them from second from bottom up to seventh in a best-case scenario, but with three straight home defeats going into this match, it remains to be seen whether the new faces in the dugout can make an impact.
Meanwhile, Gerald Scheiblehner's Grasshopper are lucky to be competing in the Swiss Super League this season after winning the division's relegation playoff in 2024-25.
Hoppers were hoping to make a strong start to the campaign to avoid a repeat of their relegation battle this time around, but they are yet to tally a single point.
Last Saturday, Scheiblehner's men followed up their 3-2 defeat against Luzern on matchday one by dropping all three points in a 2-1 loss against Basel.
That result extended Grasshopper's losing streak to four consecutive matches, and given that the visitors have lost seven of their last nine games on the road, they are at serious risk of making it five this weekend.
Should the travelling team avoid defeat for the first time this campaign, then they could overtake FC Zurich and Winterthur, but defeat may see them fall to the foot of the table.

Team News
Servette will be without midfielder David Douline once again, so expect Lamine Fomba and Timothe Cognat to start in a double pivot, while Giotto Morandi operates in an attacking midfield role.
Up top, striker Jeremy Guillemenot will be keen to earn his side their first points of the season, and he should be flanked by Miroslav Stevanovic and Lilian Njoh on Sunday.
As for Grasshopper, they are missing a number of midfielders, including Amir Abrashi and 17-year-old Leart Kabashi, so Hassane Imourane should be joined by Lovro Zvonarek in the centre of the park this weekend.
Likewise, striker Young-jun Lee is out with an injury of his own, and Scheiblehner could turn to Nikolas Muci at centre-forward.
Servette possible starting lineup:
Frick; Srdanovic, Bronn, Rouiller, Baron; Fomba, Cognat; Stevanovic, Morandi, Njoh; Guillemenot
Grasshopper Zurich possible starting lineup:
Hammel; Abels, Decarli, Paskotsi; Marques, Zvonarek, Imourane, Stroscio; Plange, Muci, Jensen
We say: Servette 1-1 Grasshopper Zurich
Servette are without a manager, and having lost three in a row at home, they could struggle this weekend.
On the other hand, Grasshopper have been dire on the road - losing seven of their last nine away matches - so expect a close game on Sunday.
