Terry Gornell extends Rochdale stay

Terry Gornell has extended his loan spell at Rochdale until the New Year.

The Shrewsbury Town striker had been due to return to his parent club after this weekend, but will now stay at Spotland until January 5.

Shrewsbury boss Graham Turner told BBC Radio Shropshire: "They've had a good run since he went there, so he must have done something right.

"He's gone there and got some good game time."

The 22-year-old has scored one goal in four appearances for the League Two side.
