Luis Enrique unsure of points needed

Barcelona boss Luis Enrique admits that he 'does not know' how many points will be enough to win La Liga this season.

Barcelona boss Luis Enrique has claimed that he 'does not know' how many points will be needed to win the La Liga title this season.

As it stands, Barca sit top of the pile on 81 points, two clear of second-placed Real Madrid with just five games remaining.

There are 15 more points on offer, but Atletico Madrid won last season's title with 90 points – three more than Barcelona and Real Madrid collected.

"I don't know how many points we are going to need to win the championship," Enrique told reporters at a press conference.

"But the three against Getafe are going to be very important. Real Madrid are right behind us. Getafe may not be as attractive a prospect as Sevilla, Valencia or Espanyol, but the players are the first people to know how difficult this game is going to be."

Barcelona welcome Getafe to the Camp Nou on Tuesday having not beaten the capital side in their last two attempts.
