Half-Time Report: Paris Saint-Germain, Anderlecht goalless

Paris Saint-Germain are being held to a goalless draw in their Champions League match with Anderlecht this evening.

Paris Saint-Germain are being held to a goalless draw by Anderlecht in their Champions League tie this evening.

Ezequiel Lavezzi should have opened the scoring for the hosts in the opening minutes of the game but he could only head Marco Verratti's long ball over the bar.

PSG came close again soon after when Zlatan Ibrahimovic found space in behind the defence, but his powerful effort went over bar.

The first chance of the match for the visitors came to Aleksandar Mitrovic who fired over when well placed inside the box.

Anderlecht worked another opening for Mitrovic soon after, but his low shot was comfortably saved by goalkeeper Salvatore Sirigu.
