Torino 3-0 Pescara

Torino record a comfortable home win over 10-man Pescara, courtesy of goals from Alessandro Sgrigna, Matteo Brighi and Rolando Bianchi.

Pescara remain firmly rooted to the bottom of the Serie A table following a second consecutive 3-0 defeat - this time away at Torino.

The visitors were reduced to 10 men on 26 minutes when Christian Terlizzi brought down Rolando Bianchi inside the penalty area.

Bianchi then saw his spot-kick saved by Mattia Perin, however Torino made the breakthrough just seven minutes later when Alessandro Sgrigna latched onto Bianchi's flick-on before firing home from 10 yards.

Torino put the result beyond doubt with two goals in two minutes midway through the second half.

Matteo Brighi found the bottom left corner with a driven effort from just inside the penalty area, before Bianchi atoned for his earlier penalty miss by heading Salvatore Masiello's cross low beyond Perin.
