Report: Former FA chief takes up Forest role

Former Football Association managing director Adrian Bevington has reportedly joined Nottingham Forest in an advisory role.

The 43-year-old left his position at the FA in December after being a part of the governing body for more than 14 years.

It has been suggested by the Nottingham Post that Bevington will initially take up the job on a part-time basis, before being appointed in a wider role at the Championship outfit.

Forest have been without a chief executive since Paul Faulkner resigned earlier this year in the wake of manager Stuart Pearce's sacking.
