League Two round-up

Sports Mole rounds up the final day of League Two action.

Scott Neilson's goal gave Crawley Town a 1-0 win over Accrington Stanley, which secured third spot and automatic promotion for Craig Brewster's side.

Southend's 2-0 victory over already-relegated Macclesfield secured fourth place as the side head into the play-offs.

Torquay's 3-2 loss to Hereford meant a fifth place finish for The Gulls, however, the win wasn't enough for The Bulls, who were relegated despite a brave battle, finishing on 44 points.

Barnet's 2-1 win away at Burton Albion helped them secure Football League status next season, as they finished two points clear of Hereford.

Elsewhere, a Brian Wood hat-trick gave Dagenham & Redbridge a dominant 4-0 win over Bristol Rovers.

Champions Swindon drew 0-0 with Bradford, whilst the other promoted side, Shrewsbury Town, suffered a 3-1 defeat to AFC Wimbledon.

League Two results:

Accrington 0-1 Crawley, Bradford 0-0 Swindon, Burton 1-2 Barnet, Crewe 2-2 Aldershot, Dagenham & Red. 4-0 Bristol Rovers, Gillingham 2-0 Morecambe, Hereford 3-2 Torquay, Plymouth 1-2 Cheltenham, Port Vale 3-0 Oxford Utd, Rotherham 1-0 Northampton, Southend 2-0 Macclesfield, Wimbledon 3-1 Shrewsbury.
