Manchester United 'sanction £60m Paul Pogba bid'

Report: Pogba is United's main target

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has put midfielder Paul Pogba at the top of his summer wish list, according to reports.

Pogba left United as a teenager in 2012 to join Juventus and has gone on to become one of the best midfielders in the world.

The Telegraph reports that United will sanction a £60m move for the Frenchman this summer, as they prepare for another window of big spending.

The same source claims that Van Gaal wants a new right-sided centre-back, a right-back, a central midfielder and a striker in an outlay which is expected to exceed £150m.

Pogba has also been linked with Chelsea, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid.
