Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic will not be joining Barcelona or Juventus, according to his agent.
The Serbian was recently ruled out for eight weeks after undergoing surgery on a knee problem.
Despite the defender's lengthy absence, Silvano Martina has insisted that the player will not be using the time to plot a move away from Old Trafford.
"Vidic is not playing at this time because he's had surgery, so he's only thinking about his recovery and not about the transfer market," he told itasportpress.it.
"Juventus are complete with their non-EU players for this season and it is highly unlikely they will make a bid for Vidic, therefore I can categorically rule out any interest from them.
"Vidic is already part of a top club and there are no negotiations with Juventus or Barcelona."
Vidic joined United from Spartak Moscow in 2006 for around £7m.
