Daley Blind: 'Manchester United are improving every day'

Manchester United defender Daley Blind insists that the team are "improving every day" under new manager Louis van Gaal.

Daley Blind has insisted that Manchester United are showing improvement every day as they continue to adapt to Louis van Gaal's style of football.

United's new manager has been implementing a similar system to that which he used while in charge of the Dutch national side, which featured Blind and teammate Robin van Persie at this summer's World Cup.

The summer signing from Ajax told The Sun: "We are trying to build up our plays starting in defence. That is something that's not common in England. But at United we want to do it like that and it takes some time to develop a new style.

"I am used to it because Ajax and Holland play like that. And I am sure we will adapt to it in a good way at United, too. I think we are improving every day."

United will be looking for their third straight Premier League win when they visit West Bromwich Albion tomorrow.
