Man United injury, suspension list vs. Aston Villa

Manchester United will be bidding to make it four wins in a row in all competitions when they head to Aston Villa in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

The Red Devils recorded a 3-0 victory over West Ham United in the league last weekend, with the result moving them into sixth position in the Premier League table.

Erik ten Hag's side are now six points behind fifth-placed Tottenham Hotspur and eight behind fourth-placed Villa in the race to secure Champions League football for the 2024-25 campaign.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Man United's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the clash with a Villa side who lost 3-1 at home to Chelsea in the FA Cup on Wednesday night.

Tyrell Malacia

Malacia is now in individual training, as he bids to recover from a knee injury which has required two separate occasions, but he is not yet ready to return to action.

Mount has recently been back in individual training after recovering from a calf issue, but he will again be unavailable for selection on Sunday afternoon.

Martial, who has not featured for the Red Devils since the start of December, has undergone a groin operation which will sideline him until at least the end of March.
