Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Manchester United could line up for Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final tie with Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

Manchester United face a potential shortage of attackers ahead of Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final against Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Edinson Cavani are all doubts for the game and, with the international break just around the corner, manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could allow them extra time to recover rather than risking their fitness.

Rashford was taken off at half time of Thursday's Europa League win over AC Milan at San Siro due to a "twinge" in his ankle and, while Solskjaer has insisted that it was merely precautionary, he did also hint that the forward is more likely to miss this game than to make it.

Martial has missed the last two outings with a hip problem but could be ready to feature this weekend, having only narrowly fallen short against Milan.

Cavani pulled himself out of the squad for the trip to Italy and has now missed eight of the last nine games with a muscle problem, although Solskjaer is also hopeful of having the Uruguayan back available as soon as possible.

The Man United boss suggested that it was the player himself who was insisting that he is not yet ready to return, with Cavani keen to wait until he is 100% before featuring again.

Eric Bailly is also a doubt due to a knock, while Juan Mata and Phil Jones are sidelined, but there was better news on the injury front in midweek as Paul Pogba returned to the fold.

The Frenchman replaced Rashford at half time and wasted no time in scoring what proved to be the winning goal, providing a timely boost to fire Man United into the Europa League quarter-finals.

Pogba is unlikely to be able to play a full 90 minutes just yet, and Solskjaer admitted that he may not even be ready to start a game, but if he has come through Thursday's cameo unscathed then he could be in line for a first start since February 6.

There will be plenty of intrigue surrounding whom Solskjaer chooses in goal too, with David de Gea now back in contention but being forced to watch on from the bench as Dean Henderson impressed against Milan.

Henderson has played in all of United's domestic cup games so far this season, but that was while he was the number two; should De Gea be selected on Sunday then it will be a major hint that Henderson has now usurped the Spaniard in the pecking order.

The FA Cup often allows fringe players a chance to feature, so the likes of Alex Telles, Donny van de Beek and Nemanja Matic will be among those hopeful of an appearance.

Manchester United possible starting lineup:
Henderson; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Telles; Fred, Matic; James, Fernandes, Pogba; Greenwood
