Wayne Rooney reiterates Manchester United commitment

Wayne Rooney has once again insisted that he is committed to Manchester United.

The striker was speaking following his side's 3-2 victory over Manchester City in the FA Cup this afternoon, a game in which Rooney found the net on two occasions.

"Everything which had been in the press is a load of nonsense," Rooney told ITV Sport. "It is because it is me and and Manchester United.

"There are no problems with me at this club, I want to be at this club for a long time."

Rooney has been linked with a £60m move to City in recent days.
