Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure believes that the club will face competition from four or five other teams for the Premier League title.

Yaya Toure has said that Manchester City will have to work hard to improve in the Premier League next season.

The team were unable to defend their title last season, finishing second in the league table to neighbours Manchester United.

The Ivory Coast international told the club's official website: "I think this year it's not going to be one team, it's going to be four or five teams competing for the title because the Premier League is one of the top leagues in the world.

"The Premier League is not easy. We know this year is going to be very exciting and very difficult. Last season was not too bad at all for us, but United was just too good.

"I think this year we need to work very hard in every aspect and try to improve our game. We have a very good squad now, every player could play in the first eleven."

City face Sunderland in the final of the Asia Cup in Hong Kong tomorrow.
