Malaga's Isco praises "great" Manuel Pellegrini

Malaga midfielder Isco has praised Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini amid speculation that he could join the Premier League club.

The 21-year-old worked with Pellegrini in Spain before the coach's departure to City this summer.

Isco has been linked with both City and Real Madrid but is unsure where he will play next season.

"City or Madrid? I can't say," Goal.com quotes him as saying. "Pellegrini is a great coach, though, of that there is no question. In seven days I will decide my future."

Isco is part of the Spanish squad that will play Italy in the Under-21 European Championship final on Tuesday.
