Hoffenheim ease past basement side Greuther Furth

Greuther Furth have no answer to Hoffenheim, who take a 3-0 win away from the bottom side.

Hoffenheim have comfortably seen off Greuther Furth in the Bundesliga with goals from Roberto Firmino, Kevin Volland and Tobias Weis.

Johannes Geis had the first effort on goal for the hosts, but his shot went wide in the fifth minute.

Five minutes after that it was 1-0 to Hoffenheim as Firmino found the net from a Weis pass.

In the 16th minute it was 2-0 and a long way back for Furth, as Joselu combined with Volland to bury a chance from inside the box.

Furth finally found the target not long before the break, but Heurelho Gomes was well behind Thanos Petsos's effort.

Five minutes into the second half Hoffenheim made sure of the points, with Weis finishing from Joselu's assist.
