Chelsea are reportedly preparing to make a fresh bid for Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling.
The 27-year-old has been the subject of transfer speculation after seeing his playing time diminish last season.
With Sterling set to enter the final year of his contract, City are reportedly prepared to sell the player to avoid the Englishman leaving on a free transfer next summer.
Chelsea have allegedly been leading the race for the attacker, with Thomas Tuchel contacting Sterling's representatives over a possible move.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are set to submit a new offer for the England international, with the new proposal prepared by owner and interim sporting director Todd Boehly.
