Barcelona will reportedly meet with Bayern this week in the hope of coming to an agreement over a summer deal for unsettled forward Lewandowski.

The Poland international wants to leave Allianz Arena during this summer's transfer window and has his eye on a move to Camp Nou despite interest from the Premier League.

According to Sport, the two clubs will meet later this week to discuss a transfer fee for the 33-year-old, with Bayern now open to discussions after agreeing a deal with Liverpool for Sadio Mane.

The report claims that the Bundesliga giants want €50m (£43m) for the centre-forward, but Xavi's side are likely to offer €40m (£34.4m) plus up to €8m (£6.9m)-€10m (£8.6m) in add-ons.

Lewandowski scored 50 goals and registered seven assists in 46 appearances in all competitions for Bayern during the 2021-22 campaign,

Ousmane Dembele has hinted that he could remain with Barcelona this summer.

The France international's contract at Camp Nou is due to expire at the end of June, and both Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are believed to be competing to sign him on a free transfer.

However, according to The Mirror, Dembele told a Barcelona fan that he would be staying at Camp Nou for the 2022-23 campaign, insisting that he was "good" at the club.

The 25-year-old was told to leave the Catalan giants in January after refusing to sign a new deal, but he managed to work his way back into the side in the second half of the campaign.

Dembele finished the 2021-22 season with two goals and 13 assists in 32 appearances for Barcelona in all competitions, including one goal and 13 assists in Spain's top flight.
