Thomas Tuchel, who has tested positive for coronavirus, names a strong Chelsea lineup for Saturday's FA Cup tie against Plymouth Argyle.

Thomas Tuchel has selected a strong Chelsea lineup for Saturday's FA Cup tie against Plymouth Argyle.

For the third-round tie with Chesterfield, Tuchel made widespread changes to his starting lineup, handing game time to some of the club's squad players and prospects.

However, Tuchel, who has tested positive for coronavirus, has made just one alteration to the team which started the 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur 13 days ago.

Thiago Silva misses out after representing Brazil over the past week, with Andreas Christensen coming into the team in his place.

The Blues are to line up in a back four, with Malang Sarr featuring at left-back, while Romelu Lukaku has retained his spot at the head of the attack.

Kenedy, who is being given a chance to impress Tuchel, and Under-18s goalkeeper Teddy Sharman-Lowe feature among the replacements.

Chelsea: Arrizabalaga; Azpilicueta, Christensen, Rudiger, Sarr; Kovacic, Jorginho; Ziyech, Mount, Hudson-Odoi; Lukaku
Subs: Bettinelli, Sharman-Lowe, Alonso, Chalobah, Kenedy, Saul, Barkley, Havertz, Werner

Plymouth Argyle: Cooper; Wilson, Scarr, Gillesphey; Edwards, Camara, Houghton, Mayor, Grant; Jephcott, Garrick
Subs: Burton, Bolton, Broom, Hardie, Ennis, Lewis, Randell, Law, Craske
