Celtic confirm Nadir Ciftci exit

Celtic confirm that Nadir Ciftci has left the club to join Turkish side Eskisehirspor on loan until the end of the season.

Celtic have confirmed that striker Nadir Ciftci has left the club on loan until the end of the season.

The 23-year-old, who only joined the Scottish champions from Dundee United last summer, will spend the remainder of the 2015-16 campaign at Turkish Super Lig side Eskisehirspor.

Ciftci has struggled to secure regular first-team football under Ronny Deila at Celtic Park, scoring just four goals in 22 appearances.

He now returns to his native Turkey for the remainder of the season, while it is expected that he will leave the Bhoys on a permanent basis at the end of the campaign.

Celtic have also brought in a striker on deadline day, signing Colin Kazim-Richards from Feyenoord on a two-and-a-half-year deal.
