Jacques Maghoma signs Birmingham City extension

Birmingham City winger Jacques Maghoma has signed a new contract with the Championship side.

The 28-year-old's previous deal was due to expire next summer, but he has now committed for another year until 2018.

Maghoma joined the Blues on a free transfer from Sheffield Wednesday last summer, going on to score six goals in 44 appearances in his debut season.

Birmingham also have a one-year option to extend the new deal further if they wish.
