Birmingham City are in talks with Colin Calderwood about the possibility of him joining the club as an assistant manager.
The former Hibernian manager was in attendance as the Blues defeated Burnley yesterday evening.
Manager Chris Hughton tried to lure Calderwood to St Andrews during the summer, but Hibs demanded too much compensation.
However, Calderwood was relieved of his duties at Easter Road earlier this month and Hughton has began negotiations with the 46-year-old.
The pair previously worked together at Newcastle United.
