Guillem Balague: 'Barcelona will sell David Villa, Dani Alves'

Spanish football correspondent Guillem Balague believes that Barcelona will attempt to sell David Villa and Dani Alves at the end of the season.

It is understood that Tito Vilanova, who will take over from Catalan boss Pep Guardiola in the summer, wants fresh blood ahead of next season.

"They are going to try to sell Dani Alves and David Villa. I don't know if they will sell them, but that's what they are trying to do. If that's the case, that will raise some money to get the players they need," Balague told Sky Sports News.

Barcelona currently sit second in La Liga.
