Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly among the clubs tracking 19-year-old Manchester City midfielder Kian Breckin.

Manchester City teenager Kian Breckin is wanted by at least four fellow Big Six clubs this summer, according to a report.

The 19-year-old was a product of Rotherham United's academy before switching to Man City in 2015, and he has garnered a reputation as a goalscoring midfielder at youth level.

Breckin has amassed seven goals and four assists from 22 matches in the current Premier League 2 campaign, as Man City's Under-21s sit four points clear at the top of the table.

An out-and-out central midfielder by trade, Breckin has also gained experience playing in a deep-lying role and as a number 10 during the current campaign.

Breckin is yet to make a first-team squad for Man City, but his contributions for the Under-21s have unsurprisingly caught the attention of the Citizens' Premier League rivals.

According to The Sun, all of Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur and Liverpool have taken an interest in Breckin, while Southampton are also in the mix too.

However, the report adds that City would only consider a "sizeable" bid to part ways with the teenager, as they have high hopes for his future.

Breckin is the son of former Nottingham Forest, Wigan Athletic and Chesterfield defender Ian Breckin, who was a mainstay of the Latics side that earned promotion to the Premier League in 2004-05.

Kian Breckin signed a professional contract with Man City at the end of the 2020-21 season, but those terms are due to expire at the end of the campaign.

Arsenal and Man City have recent when it comes to transfer dealings, with the Citizens allowing the Gunners to poach Gabriel Jesus and Oleksandr Zinchenko last summer.

Neither Jesus nor Zinchenko became undisputed starters for Pep Guardiola, but the pair have since become integral performers for Mikel Arteta during the Gunners' surprise title charge.

With Man City falling six points behind the Gunners - albeit with a game in hand - the Citizens have supposedly vowed not to let the North London club raid their first-team squad again.

A separate report from Football Insider states that the champions are "kicking themselves" for sanctioning Jesus and Zinchenko's exits, and they will reject any offers from the Gunners for senior players, which could also have a knock-on effect in their pursuit of Breckin.

Arsenal and Man City face off in a tantalising top-of-the-table battle on April 26, prior to which Guardiola's side will take on Bayern Munich, Leicester City and Sheffield United.

The Citizens face Bayern in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final on Tuesday evening, while the Blades await in their FA Cup semi-final on April 22.
