FA Cup giant-killers handed away ties in second round

Southern League Premier Division Central side Alvechurch have been handed a second-round date at Forest Green Rovers in the FA Cup.

The minnows pulled off one of the shocks of the weekend as they defeated League One outfit Cheltenham Town on away territory, and their reward is a date with another club at the third tier.

National League North side Buxton will travel to League One high-flyers Ipswich Town if the Tractor Boys overcome Bracknell Town on Monday night.

Chippenham Town, who play in the National League South and beat Lincoln City, will now make the trip to League One side Burton Albion.

Ebbsfleet United of the same division play host to Fleetwood Town, while National League outfit Wrexham have been provided with a tie against fellow non-league club Farnborough.

King's Lynn Town will go up against League Two team Stevenage, with Boreham Wood handed a trip to Bristol Rovers.

National League North side Curzon Ashton will play host to Grimsby Town if they can overcome Cambridge United in a replay, while Torquay United will travel to Newport County if they can beat Derby County in a replay at Pride Park.
