Angelika Wator of Poland has won gold after defeating Azerbaijan's Sevil Bunyatova in the women's individual sabre.

The Pole won 15-14 over the space of two periods.

Bunyatova's twin sister Sevinc Bunyatova took bronze along with Margaux Rifkiss of France.
