Tom Daley rediscovers his motivation after finding life hard following London 2012.

Olympic diving bronze medallist Tom Daley has claimed that he has rediscovered his motivation.

Daley is looking forward to the World Championships in Spain and will begin his preparations at next weekend's World Series event in Edinburgh.

The 18-year-old has admitted to finding things difficult and losing some of his desire after London 2012.

"It's extremely tough to go all my life working towards the London Olympics and then it was over," he said.

"Once it was gone it was tough to get back in the pool, but my season starts here in terms of the World Champs."

Daley went on to co-present ITV diving-based programme Splash! following his success at the Games.
