Couch leads English into 10m platform final

England diver Tonia Couch has qualified for tonight's 10m platform final at the Commonwealth Games.

Couch scored a five-dive total of 337.00 to seal qualification in third place behind Malaysia's Pandelela Rinong Pamg and Roseline Filion of Canada, who finished joint first on 348.80.

The 25-year-old will be joined by compatriots Victoria Vincent and Sarah Barrow, who qualified in eighth and ninth place respectively.

On Wednesday, Couch and Barrow teamed up to take silver in the women's 10m synchronised platform event.

Earlier today, England men's trio of Jack Laugher, James Denny and Oliver Dingley sealed their place in the 3m springboard final.
