AB de Villiers "happy" with opening win over Zimbabwe

South Africa captain AB de Villiers insists that the side is "happy" with their 62-run win over Zimbabwe in their opening match at the World Cup.

AB de Villiers has said that South Africa are "happy" to have secured a win in their opening match at the World Cup earlier today.

The Proteas clinched a 62-run win over Zimbabwe, with David Miller and JP Duminy starring with a record-breaking partnership.

"We are happy with a winning start. Zimbabwe played some really good cricket and they put us under a lot of pressure, especially with the ball in the opening 15 overs," BBC Sport quotes the Proteas captain as saying.

South Africa will play defending champions India in their next game next Sunday.
