Somerset wicketkeeper Craig Kieswetter is to undergo facial surgery after suffering a broken nose and fractured cheekbone.

Somerset wicketkeeper Craig Kieswetter has revealed that he needs facial surgery after suffering a broken nose and fractured cheekbone.

The 26-year-old sustained the injuries at the weekend while playing against Northamptonshire in the Championship.


Kieswetter has featured in 46 one-day internationals and 25 Twenty20 matches for England.
