England start second innings positively

England have had a positive start to their second innings at lunch on the fourth day of the first Test against New Zealand in Dunedin.

Starting the day 88 runs ahead, the hosts gave themselves a lead of 243 when they declared on 460-9.

Brendan McCullum reached his half-century before he was caught by Jimmy Anderson off the bowling of Stuart Broad for 74.

New Zealand put an end to their own innings when Matt Prior caught Bruce Martin from behind following a Steven Finn delivery.

England finished the morning session on 58-0 with Alastair Cook (25) and Nick Compton (25) at the crease.
