New Zealand bowler Trent Boult has been ruled out for the remainder of his side's England tour due to injury.
The 25-year-old will now head home for a further assessment, with the initial prognosis suggesting a stress fracture in his back.
Left-armer Boult, who has been in fine form for the Black Caps, was initially sent for a scan on Saturday.
The full extent of the injury will not be known until the New Zealand medical team analyse the scans.
England and New Zealand are currently tied at 1-1 in their ongoing one-day international series.
