Sachin Tendulkar gets off the mark in his final and 200th Test match as India close day one of the second Test trailing West Indies by 25 runs in the first innings.

Sachin Tendulkar has got underway in the final and 200th Test match of his career as India close the first day of the second Test against the West Indies on 157-2.

The 'Little Master' managed to get on the field for the final session after the West Indies crumbled after lunch by getting bowled out for 182.

Murali Vijay and Shikhar Dhawan made steady progress for the hosts in their first innings by racking up 43 and 33 runs from 55 and 28 balls respectively.

After Vijay was dismissed by Shane Shillingford, roars from the crowd filled the Wankhede Stadium when Tendulkar came out to bat.

The prolific player joined Cheteshwar Pujara at the crease and managed to add to India's total by securing 38 runs from 73 balls.

The hosts trail the West Indies by 25 runs, with Tendulkar and Pujara (34) unbeaten.
