India win one-day international decider by beating West Indies by five wickets

India win the three-match one-day international series against West Indies by five wickets in the decider.

India have clinched the one-day international series over West Indies 2-1 by beating their opponents by five wickets in the third and deciding clash.

The visitors set a target of 264 following their innings, in which they reached 50 overs with five wickets remaining.

Rohit Sharma was the first to fall for the hosts in Kanpur on just four runs, but Shikhar Dhawan helped keep India in contention by securing a century before getting dismissed by Dwayne Bravo on 119.

Yuvraj Singh and Suresh Raina contributed with figures of 55 and 34 respectively, while MS Dhoni (23) and Ravindra Jadeja (2) managed to seal the series unbeaten with five wickets and 23 balls remaining.
