Derbyshire sign New Zealand international batsman Neil Broom

Derbyshire Falcons have completed the signing of New Zealand international batsman Neil Broom.

The 31-year-old has signed a two-year contract with the club and will be available to compete in all forms of the game.

"It's a great opportunity for me to be able to play all forms in England over the next two summers," Broom told Sky Sports News.

"I have heard great things about the progress being made at Derbyshire and I am very much looking forward to joining up with my new teammates next year."

Broom has played 22 ODIs and 10 Twenty20 internationals for New Zealand.
