Beal: 'Wizards need sense of urgency'

Bradley Beal has said that the Washington Wizards must have a "sense of urgency" to remain ahead in their playoff series against the Chicago Bulls.

The Wizards came from behind in the fourth quarter to force overtime in the second game last night, before wrapping up a 101-99 win and take a 2-0 lead against their first-round opponents.

The shooting guard, who led the fourth-quarter fightback, told reporters: "We've got to come out like we're down 0-1 or 0-2. We've got to have that sense of urgency and just that drive and that motivation like we did early. We've got to be able to maintain that lead. We've got to continue to stay poised.

"I can't take a lot of credit for the fourth quarter. I think we got a lot of offensive rebounds and kickouts, and John [Wall] hit me on a couple. I was fortunate to be able to knock down some, and I just stayed with it."

The Wizards play their first home game of the series on Friday.
