Parker: Spurs lacked "offensive rhythm"

Tony Parker has admitted that the San Antonio Spurs did not have an "offensive rhythm" during their defeat to the Houston Rockets last night.

The NBA champions suffered a 98-81 loss to the unbeaten Rockets, leaving them with a 2-2 record from their first four games of the new season.

The point guard told reporters: "It was a bad night tonight, and I couldn't hit a shot. Defensively, we did OK, but we never got into an offensive rhythm."

Spurs host the New Orleans Pelicans on Saturday.
