Report: NBA veteran Lamar Odom leaves rehabilitation centre

NBA veteran Lamar Odom reportedly leaves a rehabilitation centre after just one day.

NBA veteran Lamar Odom has reportedly checked out of a rehabilitation centre after just one day.

The 33-year-old arrived on Wednesday morning but reports claim that he left on Thursday afternoon after receiving help for his speculated drug problem, according to ESPN.

Odom was arrested last month on suspicion of driving under the influence, and has since been seeking help.

He spent last season with the Los Angeles Clippers, but despite being pursued by both the Clippers and city rivals and former team the Lakers in free agency this summer, it is unclear at this stage as to what the future holds for the 2011 Sixth Man of the Year.
