Hakeem Olajuwon: 'Blake Griffin could learn from me'

NBA Hall of Fame member Hakeem Olajuwon believes that he could make Blake Griffin a better player.

NBA Hall of Fame center Hakeem Olajuwon has claimed that Blake Griffin needs his help to improve as a player.

Griffin has starred for the Los Angeles Clippers since joining the franchise as the first pick of the 2009 Draft, but Olajuwon believes that he could make the 24-year-old even better.

"I don't know that I would like to, but a player that needs [my help] is Blake Griffin," Olajuwon told reporters.

"If you look at Blake, he's very explosive, but he needs the moves that can get him in that position where he can finish.

"So he would be an ideal guy to where, when I watch him play and I see how explosive he is, I'd give him all of these moves to take him to a whole different level."

Olajuwon was inducted into the Hall of Fame at a ceremony in Massachusetts.
