Jodie Meeks: Defeat to Los Angeles Clippers "not fun"

Jodie Meeks has said that it was "not fun" to be on the receiving end of a 48-point defeat to the Los Angeles Clippers.

The Los Angeles Lakers suffered their heaviest ever defeat to their city rivals at the Staples Center last night, leaving them bottom in the Western Conference.

The shooting guard told reporters: "We got beat by 48. It's not fun. Regardless of whether it's a record-breaking performance or not, it is still frustrating.

"It's not fun getting blown out at any level, but especially on national TV and in front of the world. We have to have more pride than that. I do not think the Clippers are 48 points better than us."

The Clippers have won six of their last seven meetings with the Lakers.
