Matt Barnes slams NBA for fine

Los Angeles Clippers forward Matt Barnes has revealed his anger after being fined by the NBA for directing "inappropriate language" at a fan.

The NBA reacted on Tuesday to an incident which occurred in the second quarter of the Clippers' win over the Phoenix Suns on Sunday, but Barnes has used Twitter to blame Suns owner Robert Sarver.

Barnes also added: "Responding to an OWNER who cussed at me first.. 50,000 dollars for that?? Come on now!"

The 34-year-old was also recently fined for kicking a cup on the side of the court.
