Matt Barnes apologises to James Harden's mother

Los Angeles Clippers star Matt Barnes apologised to James Harden's mother after trash talking to her on Wednesday night.

The incident came during game two of the Houston Rockets' clash with the Clippers in the Western Conference semi-finals.

Although Monja Willis didn't disclose what Barnes said to her initially, she did reveal that he later apologised to her.

"My older son walked over to him and told him to apologise," she said, according to TMZ Sports.

"And he did."

The Rockets have reportedly informed the NBA about Barnes's verbal exchanges with fans in both games of the series so far.
