Frank Vogel, Terry Stotts named NBA Coaches of the Month

Indiana Pacers coach Frank Vogel and the Portland Trail Blazers' Terry Stotts have been named as NBA Eastern and Western Coaches of the Month.

The two coaches received their recognition on Monday, with other nominees including Doc Rivers and Erik Spoelstra.

Vogel has led Indiana to a 16-2 start to the season, setting a franchise record for best start and tying the record for consecutive wins at nine in a row.

In the West, Stotts has guided the Blazers to a 15-3 record which included an 11-game winning streak.
