Cuban: 'Trading Rondo was tough call'

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has conceded that it was a tough decision to trade point guard Rajon Rondo.

The Sacramento Kings star averaged 9.3 points and 6.5 assists per game last season, but had his troubles with coach Rick Carlisle.

"Everybody went back and forth 100 times. There was no 100%, yeah, let's all go do it," Cuban told Grantland.

"Everybody changed their mind 50 times. At the end, it really came down to a coin flip more than anything else."

Cuban went on to praise Rondo for his professionalism during his time in Dallas in improving his game, and wished him well in the future.
