Weather Report: Warm with sunny spells at Olympic venues

Warm with sunny spells at Olympic venues

Weather in London is expected to remain cloudy with sunny spells creeping through during the mid-afternoon.

It could well be a sunny and clear evening for tonight's athletics action, which includes the Usain Bolt vs. Yohan Blake 200m final and the men's triple jump.

Temperatures will be warmer than the last few days, peaking at 25 for a large part of the afternoon.

It looks like a lovely afternoon for sailing at Weymouth, with Team GB interest in the men's 470 which is now set to get underway at 3pm.

Temperatures in the South-West will be a little cooler, but still a warm 21 degrees to enjoy the waterside.
