Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce dominant in semi-final

Defending Olympic champions Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce has ensured that she will be competing in the 100m final after a victory ahead of Allyson Felix.

The Jamaican looked comfortable throughout the race and was able to post an impressive time of 10.85 seconds.

Felix just managed to beat Kelly-Ann Baptiste with a time of 10.94 seconds, six hundredths of a second ahead of the sprinter from Trinidad and Tobago.

The triumph from Fraser-Pryce means she will be given a favourable lane in the final.
