Maurice Greene believes technical problems with Usain Bolt's style mean Yohan Blake could beat him.

Former fastest man on the planet Maurice Greene believes that current 100m world record holder Usain Bolt has technical issues that could see him beaten by compatriot Yohan Blake.

Blake has beaten Jamaican teammate Bolt twice in the build-up to the London Olympics and Greene says that issues with Bolt's technique makes gold for Blake in both sprints is a possibility.

"If Usain was running like he was in Beijing, he would win hands down," Reuters quotes Greene as saying. "However he is not running like that.

"Usain is the more talented, but Blake has a better technical race. All of [Bolt's] problems are technical."

The men's 100m takes place on the weekend of August 4 and 5.
